**Job Title:.NET Architect**

**Location**:Pune & Bangalore**(For Initial 6 months to 1 year will be work from home post that it will be work from office)**

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking a talented and experienced.NET Architect to join our dynamic team. As a.NET Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing software solutions that align with our business needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of our software systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Define and implement best practices for software development and architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

**Technical Leadership**:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.

**System Optimization**:Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other system issues.
Optimize existing systems for scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure system interoperability and alignment with overall architecture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a.NET Developer and at least 8 years as a.NET Architect.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the.NET framework.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Previous experience in [specific industry or domain] is a plus.
