A video editor and motion graphics artist is responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling video content. This role involves a combination of technical skills, creative abilities, and a strong understanding of storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.

Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

Create rough and final cuts.

**Motion Graphics**:
Create and animate motion graphics elements (titles, lower thirds, transitions, etc.).

Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and compositing into videos.

Develop and maintain a library of motion graphics templates.

**Storyboarding and Pre-production**:
Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create storyboards or shot lists based on project specifications.

Plan and execute video shoots when necessary.

**Technical Proficiency**:
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Proficient in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.).

Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.).

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the creative team, producers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Receive feedback and make necessary changes based on stakeholder input.

**Quality Control**:
Review and proofread video content to ensure high-quality output.

Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

**Stay Updated**:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to video editing and motion graphics.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience as a video editor and motion graphics artist.

Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.

Demonstrable video editing and motion graphics portfolio.

Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

Knowledge of video codecs, aspect ratios, and file formats.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.

**Preferred Skills**:
3D modeling and animation skills (if applicable).

Sound design and audio editing skills.

Experience with color correction and grading.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
