**Profile: Relationship Manager
- Residential**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting and following up with new Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Understand client's needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Build relationships with new clients.
- Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- Attending developer meetings & training as and when required.
- Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment or residential/ commercial needs of the prospects.
- Negotiation meeting with buyer and seller.
- Cold calling for making a good pipeline & ensuring maximum Site Visits on weekends

**Company Details**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
