Warehouse Executive

**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a Vital Leadership role in which one needs to lead a Team of 90+ Individuals and manage the Warehouse Facility.
- Responsible for complete Management of 40,000 Sq Ft Warehouse - Inventory management, Logistics Management. Inventory Control; Material Handling; FIFO Method, Workforce Management, SOP Creation and Implementation, Optimizing the existing Process and Cost Analysis.
- Responsible for deep dive; managing operations KPI with continuous review and RCA
- Ensuring effective stock planning at various warehouses to ensure a high stock availability & fulfillment rate and other metrics
- Implementing the best-in-class processes and solutions to manage warehousing and order processing smoothly and effectively across multiple channels
- Drive continuous process improvements to reduce operational costs on fulfillment.
- Review overall business planning periodically to finalize operational budgets and improve profitability
- Upgrading SOPs as per business needs and training across the organization
- Ensure that the warehouse operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations and compliance.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
- Driving KPIs through data analysis
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management in Operations/Logistics. Preferably with a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Zoho /SAP (or related tools).
- A self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve set targets.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
