**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in MEP drafting for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of **MEP design principles** and coordination
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** (Revit and Civil 3D knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of local authority requirements and standards

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D MEP shop drawings (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural layouts
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes
- Revise and update drawings based on markups or site changes
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings after installation
- Support engineers and site teams with layout and technical details
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing logs
