**Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive - E-commerce**

**Location**: Noida Extension
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shopify Store Management**
- Maintain and optimize our Shopify store for better conversions
- Upload & manage product listings, descriptions, and SEO optimization
- Implement promotions and discount strategies

**Social Media & Content Creation**
- Plan & execute social media strategies to engage audiences (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Design creative graphics, reels, and video content
- Work with influencers and UGC content for brand awareness

**Paid Ads & Performance Marketing**
- Run & optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with 5x ROAS**:

- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting & landing pages

**SEO & Growth Marketing**
- Implement **on-page & off-page SEO** strategies to increase organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track analytics and optimize digital campaigns for conversions

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify Analytics**:

- Track ad spend, ROI, and KPIs to refine marketing strategies
- Provide weekly performance reports with action plans

**Who We Are Looking For**:
✔ **2+ years of experience** in e-commerce digital marketing
✔Proven track record of growing an e-commerce brand & improving ROAS
✔Hands-on experience with **Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics**
✔Strong knowledge of **graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)**
✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership of brand growth

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, and viral growth hacks
