Medical Transcriptionist

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Listen to audio recordings made by healthcare professionals and transcribe them into accurate written documents.
- Convert voice recordings into text while maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail.
- Prepare and format medical reports, including patient histories, diagnostic results, and treatment notes, according to established guidelines.
- Ensure all medical documents are properly formatted and comply with healthcare facility standards.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and abbreviations to ensure correct transcription of medical terms.
- Verify and research unfamiliar terms or procedures to maintain accuracy.
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), to protect patient information.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
