**Role**: Looker + GCP

**Experience**: 6 to 9 years

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores to provide business insights.
- Create and optimize LookML models, views, and derived tables.
- Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Integrate Looker with BigQuery and other GCP data sources.
- Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement data governance, access control, and documentation for Looker projects.
- Support and troubleshoot Looker deployments, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Stay updated on new GCP and Looker features to enhance existing solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience with Looker (LookML modeling, Explores, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing queries.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience integrating Looker with GCP-based data architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
