A loading and unloading staff member is responsible for physically and efficiently moving goods, materials, and freight between vehicles and storage areas. This entry-level warehouse or logistics position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle cargo**: Safely load and unload items from delivery trucks, shipping containers, and other vehicles.
- **Organize inventory**: Stack, organize, and prepare goods on pallets or racks in designated storage areas.
- **Inspect shipments**: Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they match shipping documents. Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to a supervisor.
- **Maintain the workspace**: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety and efficiency.
- **Follow safety protocols**: Adhere to all company safety guidelines and best practices to prevent injuries and damage to products and property.
- **Collaborate with team**: Work effectively with other warehouse staff, managers, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical fitness**: The role requires physical strength and endurance to lift heavy and bulky items.
