Hi,

We are looking for an experienced real estate sales manager who will develop and implement sales strategies. They may also help clients close sales or facilitate purchases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for selling or leasing properties
- Agent support: Provide resources and support to agents, including sales training
- Client communication: Communicate with clients to help close sales or facilitate purchases
- Site visits: Visit properties to assess them and suggest them to clients
- Research reports: Create research reports for clients
- Revenue strategies: Develop strategies to increase revenue
- Marketing: Develop marketing strategies

Skills Required:

- Communicate well with clients and other team members
- Be organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Must have experience in real estate background of more than 3-5 years.
- Stability is compulsory in the past experience.
- Must have worked in more than 2.5 cr ticket size.

Education

A bachelor's degree in business administration is a common qualification for a sales manager position.

The location of work is Science city and it is with a builder’s firm.
