**F&B Waiter / Waitress**

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a temporary Hospitality Waiter / Waitress to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

**As a Hospitality Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for**:
v Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service

v Setting and cleaning tables and service areas

v Dealing with customer complaints

v Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

v Escorting customers to their tables

v Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods

v Informing customers of daily specials.

v Presenting menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

v Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning

v Serving food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required

v Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens

v Previous experience in catering hospitality, fine dining or banqueting environment

v Understanding of food hygiene and customer service

v The ability to accurately process information/merchandise through the Till system with a good standard of numeracy

v Excellent customer service skills

v First class communication skills and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail

v The ability to demonstrate great team work

v Uniform and lunch meal provided on shift

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
