- **Job Responsibilities and Skills**:_
- _Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts._
- _Answer questions about products or the company._
- _Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales._
- _Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed._
- _Enter and update customer information in the database._
- _Take and process orders in an accurate manner._
- _Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation._
- _Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information_
- **Freshers & Experience Both can Apply**_

QUALIFICATION: Higher Secondary or Any Graduate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
