Store Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily store operations for material handling equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward/outward materials and update inventory records in ERP/software.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for material issuance.
- Ensure safe handling, proper stacking, and storage of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily work effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Material Management/Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store management, preferably in material handling or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP (SAP, Tally, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of safety practices in material handling.
