- Ability to Handle irate customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls - Hot and warm leads and call backs.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convert leads into successful business deals through effective communication and persuasion.
- **Client Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and provide assistance.
- **Client Understanding**: Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and expectations to tailor services accordingly.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both for inbound and outbound processes, to engage effectively with clients.
- **Customer Support**: Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Adherence to Shift**: Comply with night shift schedules and maintain a high level of alertness and efficiency during these hours.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and communication history.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to optimize processes and achieve collective goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Strive for personal and team improvement by seeking feedback, training, and staying updated on industry best practices.
- **Adaptability**:Be adaptable to changing circumstances and client requirements, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
