**Role - Survey Programmer**
**Location - Remote**
**Experience 5 +**

**Mandatory Skills: JavaScript, Statistics, Market Research, Qualtrics, Surveys programming**

**12 Months Contratual Basis**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in survey programming, with at least 3 years specifically using Qualtrics
- Prior experience working at a market research company is strongly preferred
- Expertise in JavaScript and advanced Qualtrics features
- Proven track record of programming complex surveys with intricate logic, branching, and multimedia components
- Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be based in India and available to work during Central Time (CT) working hours

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
