**Job requirements -**

Guest Service and Relations:

- Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently and thorough manner in the allocated time by treating all clients with individual attention. Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.

Guest Handling:

- Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with spa guests.
- During treatment visits by guest attend to the following in addition to delivering treatments, greetings, update records, consultations, refreshments and immediate handling of guests.

Administration
- Ensure all therapist administration is completed at the end of each day (guest records, stock lists and updates of the log book).

Hygiene
- Ensure rooms are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor status of all equipment and notify the Director if there are any maintenance or repair needs.
- Promptly record equipment issues in the log book i.e. fixtures missing, etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel.

Stock Levels
- Restock professional products in designated treatment room by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times.

Communication
- Ensure effective liaison between spa therapists and receptionists.
- Participate in ongoing training programs.

Professional Development
- Continually expand range of treatments you are qualified to deliver.
- Continually strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and receiving of feedback.
- Participate in weekly Spa Therapist Meeting.

Meetings and Responsibilities
- Act in accordance with Departmental Policies and procedures.
- Participate in weekly Spa Meetings.
- Promote events and promotions to all guests.
- Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target.
- Familiar with all the Western Therapies & proficiency in the various techniques
- Should be working in a 5* hotel property / Companies like Tattva & Meghavi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
