Surubhi Garments is a Jaipur-based premium apparel manufacturer, specializing in high-end ladieswear — including tops, dresses, kaftans, jackets, pants, and skirts. With a focus on intricate handcrafted details such as embroidery, beadwork, and artisanal prints, we cater exclusively to boutique clients across the Middle East, Europe, the USA, and Latin America.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections of garments during all stages of production (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing)
- Inspect fabric quality, including color consistency, embroidery/beadwork accuracy, and defect identification
- Verify measurement specs, stitching quality, labeling, and overall finishing according to buyer-approved samples and tech packs
- Coordinate with production, sampling, and finishing teams to rectify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and quality control records for internal documentation and client audits
- Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure alignment with client-specific quality requirements and shipment timelines

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of quality control/inspection experience in garment manufacturing (ladieswear preferred)
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, embroidery, prints, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with export documentation and client QC protocols (Middle East, Europe, USA markets is a plus)
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

हम एक अनुभवी और विवरण-उन्मुख **क्वालिटी इंस्पेक्टर** की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो यह सुनिश्चित कर सके कि हमारे वस्त्रों की गुणवत्ता, कारीगरी और ग्राहक विनिर्देशों के अनुसार सर्वोच्च मानकों पर हो। आदर्श उम्मीदवार को फैब्रिक क्वालिटी, सटीक सिलाई और फिनिशिंग की गहरी समझ होनी चाहिए, ताकि हर उत्पाद निर्यात-स्तर की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतर सके।

**मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- उत्पादन के हर चरण (कटिंग, सिलाई, फिनिशिंग, पैकिंग) में इन-लाइन, मिड-लाइन और फाइनल इंस्पेक्शन करना
- फैब्रिक की गुणवत्ता जांचना — रंग की स्थिरता, कढ़ाई/बीडवर्क की शुद्धता और दोष पहचान
- ग्राहक-अनुमोदित सैंपल्स और टेक पैक के अनुसार नाप-जोख, सिलाई गुणवत्ता, लेबलिंग और फिनिशिंग सत्यापित करना
- उत्पादन, सैंपलिंग और फिनिशिंग टीम के साथ समन्वय कर दोषों को ठीक कराना और समय पर सुधार सुनिश्चित करना
- निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना (आंतरिक दस्तावेज़ और क्लाइंट ऑडिट के लिए)
- मर्चेंडाइजिंग टीम के साथ समन्वय कर ग्राहक गुणवत्ता आवश्यकताओं और शिपमेंट टाइमलाइन का पालन सुनिश्चित करना

**आवश्यक योग्यताएँ**:

- परिधान निर्माण (विशेषकर महिलाओं के वस्त्र) में कम से कम 3-5 वर्षों का क्वालिटी कंट्रोल/इंस्पेक्शन अनुभव
- परिधान निर्माण, फैब्रिक, कढ़ाई, प्रिंट्स और फिनिशिंग तकनीकों का अच्छा ज्ञान
- निर्यात दस्तावेज़ों और क्लाइंट QC प्रक्रियाओं की समझ (मध्य पूर्व, यूरोप, अमेरिका बाजार का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर)
- विवरणों पर ध्यान, उत्कृष्ट संचार कौशल और समस्या समाधान क्षमता
- स्वतंत्र रूप से और टीम के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने की क्षमता
- टेक्सटाइल टेक्नोलॉजी/फैशन टेक्नोलॉजी या संबंधित क्षेत्र में डिप्लोमा/डिग्री (वांछनीय, अनिवार्य नहीं)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,031.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
