An Accounts Executive with two years of experience typically manages financial records, assists with budgeting, and supports senior accountants with auditing and tax preparation. They handle accounts payable and receivable, ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, and support the accounting department with various tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- **Maintain Financial Records**: Accurately record financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile bank statements.
- **Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
- **Support Audits and Tax Preparation**: Assist senior accountants with gathering necessary documentation and information for internal and external audits and tax filings.
- **Prepare Financial Reports**: Generate reports on a monthly or quarterly basis, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Support Budgeting**: Assist with the creation and maintenance of budgets.
- **Communicate with Other Departments**: Work with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate financial information.
- **Process Improvements**: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Compliance**: Support compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
