**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Quality Management System (QMS) team. As a QMS Executive, you will assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality processes and documentation in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or GMP.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the documentation, implementation, and maintenance of QMS procedures and policies.
- Help prepare internal audit schedules and participate in internal quality audits.
- Maintain and update records of quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support non-conformance tracking and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with other departments for document control and quality reporting.
- Participate in training programs related to quality systems and standards.
- Assist in preparing reports, charts, and metrics for quality performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
