**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Type**: Part-Time with possibility of moving to full-time

Location: (Remote Work Available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for both brands, tailored to distinct target markets.
- Manage and optimize the use of Dripify.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.io for maximum brand exposure, lead generation and engagement.
- Organically engage with B2B decision-makers directly (one-on-one) and through LinkedIn Groups for engaging and lead generation
- Help to create a content calendar, and regularly post and update content, including weekly blogs (from already written on topics from the content calendar), to boost brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Create and manage an overarching LinkedIn newsletter incorporating blog content, aligning with brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness in social media initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate level experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B engagement.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media management tools like Dripify.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.io.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging thumbnail and short content, generating interest in our content.
- Competency in interpreting social media analytics to inform strategy.
- Creative, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of reliability with excellent remote reporting skills.
