Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool branch, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and safety protocols.
- Create and maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment for children, parents, and staff.
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that meet the needs of the children and align with the preschool's goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and progress.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to promote the preschool and attract new students.
- Collaborate with the central office team to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that improve the quality of the preschool program.
- Monitor and manage the preschool's budget and finances, including expenses, revenue, and fundraising activities.
- Ensure the preschool is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including overseeing repairs and maintenance as needed.

**Salary**: ₹11,400.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
