**Job Summary**:
As a Soldering Operator, you will be responsible for performing soldering tasks to assemble electronic components and products. Your primary duty will be to ensure that soldering processes meet quality standards and specifications while adhering to safety protocols. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to maintain efficiency and consistency in soldering operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Soldering Operations**: Perform soldering tasks according to provided work instructions and engineering drawings. This includes through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect soldered components for conformity to quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues in the soldering process.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain soldering equipment and tools in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling soldering equipment and materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Documentation**: Record production data, including soldering times, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures. Maintain accurate records of soldering activities for traceability and quality control purposes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve any soldering-related issues or challenges. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement and optimization.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on soldering techniques, equipment, and industry best practices. Participate in training programs to enhance soldering skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
