**Job Title**: Digital Acquisition Manager - SEO

**Responsibilities & Duties**

Plan, Develop and implement SEO & App Strategy (on-page & Off-Page)

Increase Organic contribution and traffic on the website & apps, thereby generating leads

To understand customer journey funnels, monitor & optimize the conversion/leads through organic traffic

Ensure all banks internal properties website/app/videos have been technically and seo optimized to increase organic visibility

Regularly identify the current standing of product on search, search potential & any new/lost opportunities. Perform Benchmark & Competition analysis

Ensure all the new Search Protocols have been incorporated on regular basis.

Identify & Review technical issues and recommend solutions

Sync up with the internal stakeholders for insights, learnings and incorporate in the strategy

Collaborate with website team & other teams and ensure execution in timely manner

To conduct regular reviews with agencies and internal teams

To prepare dashboard on Adobe/Google for reporting and generate weekly/monthly reports

Stay up to date with the latest SEO & Digital Marketing trends and best practices

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- 4-5+years of professional experience in SEO with a proven record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategy and significantly improving Organic Search performance for business.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, Search Engine algorithms and ranking strategies and passion to stay abreast of news and trends.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO best practices and optimizations.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Analytical Mindset with numerical aptitude
- Familiarity with HTML,CSS, Java Script
- Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Moz etc.
- Excellent Communication skills and time management skills
- Strong organizational & leadership skills
- MBA in Marketing or similar relevant field
