Project: This is a 3 million sq. ft. high-rise residential project in south Mumbai with a panoramic view of the racecourse, comprising of three 250 metres - 270 metres tall towers, 3 basements, and a nine-level podium structure with 60-70 habitable floors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in coordination with finishing contractors, suppliers, and other operatives at the construction site.
- Working closely with the site superintendent and finishing project manager to perform each job task safely, efficiently, on time, and under budget.
- Managing the setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.
- Ensuring that all materials used as per work order and work performed are as per specifications.
- Supervising the selection and raising requisition of materials and machinery.
- Managing the day-to-day activities on site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractor.
- Planning the daily works with the contractor as per the weekly schedule and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Preparing and generating daily progress reports, next-day planning, material inventory register, and other related reports.
- Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
- Tracking and making chart data to continue improving quality standards within the work environment.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures - complying with legal regulations.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Performing other duties as required.

About you

You have a degree qualification or diploma in civil engineering and complete knowledge of finishing works. You have experience in large scale high-rise (50+ stories project) construction projects. You have a broad knowledge of construction techniques with high technical expertise.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
