Field Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team field staff, including technicians, electricians, and vendors, for meter installation and consumer indexing.
- Coordinate with contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of smart meter projects.
- Maintain and verify MI (Meter Installation) and CI (Consumer Indexing) data, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
- Conduct daily and monthly reporting to HO and clients
- Ensure proper records management for inward and outward materials, vendor allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Handle consumer grievance redressal, resolve
- Prepare project reports, and documentation as required by management.
- Monitor project progress, track variance, and advise corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement large-scale corrective measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Engineering/ITI or Diploma (Electrical) or equivalent technical background.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in smart meter projects.
- Hands-on experience with project supervision, customer handling, and vendor management.
