Roles & Responsibilities:
- Improved process excellence by rectifying errors, and simplifying the processes by doing reconciliation at different levels.
- Ensure that the funds are been processed as per procedures.
- Escalating & resolving the trade, cash breaks to IM and Broker.
- Processing refunds with accuracy and without missing process deadlines.
- Handling different Investment Management funds like (NACC2, SSGA, INVESCO, JPMorgan, Calsters,Western).
v Trade Booking & Trade Confirmation & Trade Settlements
- Opening trades in investment books and closing trade lots as per instructions.
- Escalating trade settlements failure instructions to the supporting or IM.
- Security level positions reconciliation between broker & IM, broker reconciliation for future breaks.
- Identifying the breaks and posting the required entries in order to reconcile the custody and accounting.
- Interacting with internal and external clients daily through an intermediate team in order to resolve the issues.
- Running margin macros on a daily basis to post the entries.
v MCH to Broker Reconciliation & Investigating Trade Breaks & Position Recon & Balances Recon:
- Fund level investigation, trade reconciliation on a daily basis.
- Interest, Forex, Commission & fee booking as per broker statement.
- Open trade equity calculating and resolving the OTE breaks at the securitylevel.
- Resolving the age breaks and identifying the cash breaks in funds.
