Operating machinery: Running production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring machine performance, and making adjustments to optimize output. Quality control: Performing inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects, and taking corrective actions to maintain quality standards. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, including basic repairs and part replacement, and escalating complex issues to maintenance personnel. Maintenance: Performing routine preventative maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, to ensure optimal functionality. Data recording: Maintaining accurate production logs, documenting process parameters, and reporting any deviations or issues to relevant teams. Material handling: Gathering and staging necessary raw materials for production, ensuring proper inventory management. Process improvement: Participating in initiatives to optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions. Safety compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, reporting hazards, and promoting a safe working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,565.88 - ₹21,634.63 per month
