**Job Title**: Supervisor - Readymade Garments

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Supervision**: Oversee day-to-day operations in the garment manufacturing unit, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and meets output targets.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the finished garments meet quality standards through regular inspections and monitoring throughout the production process.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, guide, and motivate production staff, ensuring they work efficiently and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
- **Training & Development**: Train new workers and provide ongoing support and development for existing team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor the availability of raw materials and ensure that stock levels are maintained to avoid production delays. Report material shortages and place orders as needed.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost management.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain production reports, including work schedules, shift plans, and production outputs. Report any delays or issues to the higher management.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure the workplace adheres to safety standards and regulations, implementing necessary corrective actions when required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the garment manufacturing industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of garment production processes, fabric types, stitching techniques, and machinery used in garment manufacturing.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, especially concerning quality control and production processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
