**Job Title: Premium Valet Parking Attendant (Velvet Service)**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using their name when possible, to create a personalized experience.
- Assist guests with vehicle entry and exit, opening and closing doors courteously.
- Offer assistance with luggage, personal items, or directions, anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and composed demeanor, even during peak hours or challenging situations.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor concerns with grace, escalating complex issues to management.
- **Vehicle Handling & Security**:

- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve a variety of luxury and standard vehicles in designated parking areas, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct a quick, professional inspection of vehicles upon arrival, noting any pre-existing damage, and communicating relevant details to the guest and/or supervisor as per protocol.
- Ensure all vehicles are securely locked upon parking and keys are properly managed and stored according to strict security procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure parking area, reporting any maintenance or security concerns promptly.
- Handle vehicle keys with utmost care and ensure accurate tracking for timely retrieval.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Work collaboratively with front desk, concierge, and other team members to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage parking flow efficiently, minimizing wait times for guests.
- Process valet parking tickets and handle payment transactions accurately (if applicable).
- Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to uniform and grooming standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a valet parking or high-end customer service role is highly preferred. Freshers with exceptional driving skills and a strong commitment to service may be considered.
- **Driving Record**: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record no major infractions within the last 03 Years
- **Vehicle Knowledge**: Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including luxury and exotic cars, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs.
- **Professionalism**: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- **Work Ethic**: Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure, and to effectively resolve minor issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
