As a Music Teacher, your job description (JD) would typically include the following responsibilities:

- **Music Instruction**: Teaching students how to sing or play musical instruments, providing instruction in music theory, notation, and technique.
- **Curriculum Development**: Developing and implementing a music curriculum that aligns with educational standards and goals, including planning lessons, selecting repertoire, and creating assessments.
- **Instrumental and Vocal Training**: Providing individual and group instruction to develop students' instrumental or vocal skills, including proper technique, posture, and expression.
- **Music Theory**: Teaching music theory concepts, such as rhythm, harmony, melody, and form, to help students understand the structure of music.
- **Performance Preparation**: Preparing students for performances, including recitals, concerts, and competitions, and providing guidance on stage presence and performance etiquette.
- **Instrument Maintenance**: Teaching students how to care for and maintain their instruments, including tuning, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other music teachers, school staff, and community organizations to support music education and performance opportunities for students.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress, performance opportunities, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- **Professional Development**: Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in music education and enhance teaching skills.
- **Music Appreciation**: Fostering an appreciation for music in students by exposing them to a variety of musical styles, genres, and cultures.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
