Join Our Team as a Collection Executive

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and collections? TVS Credit is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Collection Executives to join our team and help us ensure timely loan recoveries while providing exceptional customer support.

**Position**: Debt Recovery Officer (DRO)
**Location**: Balrampur, Shrawasti, Bahraich

Job Responsibilities:

- Proactively contact customers to recover outstanding loan amounts and ensure timely payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to address payment issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, collections, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly collection targets and uphold company standards.
- Provide feedback to the management on collection progress and suggest improvements where necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Prior experience in collections, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
