Resident Medical Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnose medical conditions.
- Prescribe medication and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Manage patient care, including monitoring progress and updating treatment as necessary.
- Coordinate with specialists for patient referrals when required.
- Provide preventive healthcare advice and educate patients about health management.
- Perform minor surgical procedures (if applicable).
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical guidelines.
- Work closely with the healthcare team, including nurses and other doctors, to deliver integrated care.
- Offer post-treatment follow-ups and consultations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of medical cases.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with patience and efficiency.
- Experience in oncology or integrative medicine (preferred but not mandatory).
