**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry and processing of policy records
- Issuing policy documentation to brokers in a timely manner.
- Reviewing invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Maintaining filing and client records.
- Assist the team with maintaining the shared mailbox.
- Liaising with operations team.
- Adheres to processes, procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and fulfilment of responsibilities within strict timeframes.
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with all personnel.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's policies, Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Other ad-hoc duties requested by the team.

**Skills Required**:

- Graduation
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Domain
- Excellent PC skills including Excel, Financials reading, and Zoho.
- Must have good communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of the Australian insurance system is advantageous.
