**Required: Education Counsellor At Vadodara**

**About the Company
- Aviation / Education Training Industry**

Minimum **2*_ **TO 4 years experience in sales or counselo*_r_

**(Preferably from - a ( Education industry)**

**Location - Vadodara**

**Salary - 30k to 45k**

Responsibilities:
- Meet Students or Parents to discuss the courses and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
- Open to conduct STP activities regularly for the Center
- Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation at education institutes, schools, colleges and in nearby areas of respective location.
- Shall be willing to make productive house calls.
- Shall be responsible for entire admission process & documentation.
- Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the Center
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives & strategies.

**Requirements: -**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills - MBA / Graduate with 2 to 4 plus years of experience in Sales.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
