**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training on soft skills, including interpersonal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
- Facilitate workshops on leadership, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making.

**English Language Proficiency**:

- Design and deliver courses on English language skills, focusing on writing, reading, listening, and speaking.
- Help students build confidence in speaking English through conversations, mock interviews, and presentations.

**Interview and Job Readiness**:

- Conduct mock interview sessions to prepare students for technical and HR interviews.
- Assist students in crafting resumes and LinkedIn profiles that highlight their data science skills effectively.
- Provide feedback and coaching on body language, confidence, and professional demeanor.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Soft Skills training is a plus.
- Proven experience in training, particularly in soft skills, communication, or English language.
- Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of workplace dynamics in the data science or technology sectors is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
