**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create and curate compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for Sangeetha Studios, Smiles Child Development Centre, and Cosderma Institute.
- Develop blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Engage with our community through interactive content, encouraging conversations and building relationships with our audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content strategies to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- Conduct research to produce accurate and valuable content that resonates with our target audiences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Analyse content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights to enhance engagement and reach.
- Prepare regular reports on content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Craft narratives that effectively communicate our mission, values, and offerings, showcasing the unique aspects of each division of Sangeetha's Group.
- Create testimonials and case studies that highlight success stories, particularly from Smiles Child Development Centre and Cosderma Institute.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital content.
- Strong visual and multimedia skills; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
