- Deliver high-quality lectures in Mathematics for undergraduate and postgraduate courses including BCA, BSc - CS, BSc - IT, MSc - CA, MSc - CS, MCom, MA - Eco, and BBA - CA.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are in line with the course curriculum.
- Engage students through interactive teaching methods and promote a positive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with colleagues for continuous improvement of the academic program.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in their educational and career planning.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Mathematics and incorporate relevant content into the teaching material.
- Conduct and publish research in reputable journals, if applicable, and contribute to the academic community.
- Participate in college events, seminars, workshops, and other activities that promote the college's academic and cultural values.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other administrative duties as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding and command over Mathematical concepts and theories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective teaching.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with varying levels of understanding in Mathematics.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience in a relevant field is required, with a proven track record of academic excellence and student engagement.
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to guide and mentor students in their academic pursuits.
