- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach to efficiently resolve client queries and concerns.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive client portfolios, adhering to the predefined periodic distribution schedule and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively follow up with leads and clients to expedite the business closure process and contribute to achieving faster turnaround times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline mutual fund operations and enhance overall service efficiency.
- Take ownership of the organization's Mutual Fund’s processes, ensuring their smooth functioning and efficient upkeep.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and send comprehensive client portfolios according to the predefined periodicity.
- Branchwise & RM-wise MF brokerage Reconciliations.
- Update the Transactions status - MF Investment, Transactions executed, SIP parameters and Proposal parameters in Dashboard
- Ensuring that confirmations of all transactions are going on time
- Working on Exception report and creating structures to reduce uninformed redemptions
- Filling of Forms, send to AMC and keep a record of transactions physically
- Doing smooth onboarding of clients on BSE platform
- Working on Invalid Order Status Updation Report
- Maintaining Documents of all clients Preparation - KYC/Fatca/Proposal
- Generation of Monthly Invoices across all AMCs
- Updation of all sheets to streamline MF Database, New Client
- Supporting in attending to Non Financial Transactions/MF Central
- Support in AMC Coordination with regards to Marketing and increasing revenue
- Support in drafting Mutual Fund Investment Ideas and conveying same to clients
