**Responsibilities**:

- **Concept to Completion**: Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion, collecting essential data to inform decision-making throughout the process.
- **Strategic Campaigns**: Craft and strategize digital marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage the target audience.
- **Branding and Content Strategy**: Develop and implement branding and content strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
- **SMART Goals**: Create specific, measurable, and time-bound marketing goals to track campaign performance and effectiveness.
- **Adaptability**: Consistently deliver valuable content, optimize ad campaigns, and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics for optimal results.
- **Next-Level Strategy**: Develop a comprehensive digital strategy to elevate Polylam's online presence and establish strong brand awareness in the packaging industry.
- **Social Media Mastery**: Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Ideation and Creativity**: Bring creativity to the forefront by conceptualizing innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- **Brand and Content Strategy**: Experience in setting up branding and content strategies.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Proficiency in creating marketing goals that are specific, measurable, and time-bound.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and optimize campaigns for performance.
- **Innovative Vision**: Develop a digital strategy to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Deep understanding of social media platforms for improved reach and engagement.
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong ideation and conceptualization skills to create compelling digital marketing content.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
