**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Perform SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve website rankings.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Generate leads through digital channels and monitor conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-quality content and creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices.
- Google Ads and/or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ubersuggest).
- Good understanding of content marketing and conversion funnels.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and landing page optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design work.
- Video editing tools for short-form content (Reels/YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital sales funnels.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
