**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in planning and executing various marketing activities. You will assist in digital marketing initiatives, helping to create brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement. This is an entry-level role, perfect for individuals who are new to the marketing field, both from IT and Non-IT backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs, helping to inform marketing strategies.
- **Digital Marketing Support**: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content, and helping with SEO and online advertising campaigns.
- **Campaign Assistance**: Help in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and trade shows.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing activities and metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
- **Brand Development**: Assist in maintaining the company’s brand image and consistency across all marketing channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any domain.
- **Freshers Welcome**: No prior work experience required, but any internships or academic projects related to marketing are a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve marketing strategies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
