**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field
- Strong teaching and research experience in Chemistry
- Evidence of high-quality publications in reputable journals
- Ability to mentor and advise students, and supervise graduate research projects
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
