**Job Title: Video Recorder & Editor with YouTube Management**

**Responsibilities**:

- Record high-quality videos as per project requirements.
- Handle video shooting, lighting, and sound setup independently.
- Edit videos with professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Create engaging and polished content with effects, transitions, and sound enhancements.
- Upload, optimize, and manage videos on YouTube and other online platforms.
- Develop video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for better engagement.
- Monitor video performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video recording and editing.
- Must own a professional camera, microphone, tripod, and other necessary equipment.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and video optimization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling social media content and promotions.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Previous work portfolio or links to past video projects.
