**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive
**Department**: Front Office / Administration
**Reporting To**: Front Office Manager / Hospital Administrator
**Job Location**: Surya Hospital ( Managed by Vedansh)
**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing patient registration, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-office operations with excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Maintain patient records and update details in the hospital management system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow.
- Collect payments and issue receipts as per hospital procedure.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- **Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospital Management / Administration).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- **Computer Skills**: Knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Management Software.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of hospital procedures and patient care.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage patient flow efficiently.
**Working Hours**:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per hospital policy.
**Remuneration**:
As per hospital norms and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
