**Job Summary**:
JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firm, is seeking a highly experienced **Principal Architect** to lead our in-house architectural design team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio in industrial, commercial, and residential projects who is ready to take full ownership of design direction and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural, interior, and landscape design initiatives
- Translate project briefs into concept and technical designs
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, site teams, and clients
- Oversee design quality across all project stages
- Review and approve drawings, materials, and specifications
- Guide junior architects and maintain team synergy
- Conduct site visits for design supervision and material selection

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience in handling complete architectural scope independently
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Open to working Full time in Rajkot, Gujarat.
