The ADS Claim Process Associate III is a beginner to intermediate level resource tasked with creating new loss reports, indexing documents, auditing, and investigating and settling non-complex claims. Additionally, this individual will handle customer / shop inquiries regarding process, policies, next steps, and payment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacts customers, shops, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed;

confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-upt
- Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process
- Evaluates coverage, reviews damage, prepares estimates via discussions with shop, photos and field inspections, secure appropriate documents and

evaluates benefits, addresses rental bills, towing bills, paid bills, receipts, etc
- Index documents and distribute as needed within specified standards
- Completes other tasks as directed by management

**Education**:

- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years experience (preferred)

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- This job does not have supervisory duties.

**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:

- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
