**Job Title: Ladies Hostel Warden**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Security**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment within the hostel premises.
- Regularly patrol the hostel premises to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Monitor access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- **Student and Staff Welfare**:

- Act as a mentor and support system for the students and staff residing in the hostel.
- Address any concerns or grievances raised by the residents promptly and with sensitivity.
- Organize recreational and educational activities to promote a sense of community and well-being.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of hostel residents, including contact information and emergency contacts.
- Coordinate with hospital administration regarding hostel operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Oversee the allocation of rooms and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
- **Discipline and Conflict Resolution**:

- Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Mediate conflicts between residents and take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Provide guidance and counseling to residents facing personal or academic challenges.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
- Serve as a point of contact during emergencies and coordinate with hospital security and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular drills to ensure residents are prepared for emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree
- Previous experience in hostel management, counseling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse personalities and situations.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
