**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning with precision and clarity.
- Deliver a wide range of dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans.
- Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, costs, and preventive strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists, assistants, and front-office staff for seamless patient experiences.
- Uphold clinical hygiene, sterilization protocols, and all health & safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with new dental techniques and advancements through continued education.
- Provide a warm and empathetic environment for patients, especially those with dental anxiety.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Fresher or Intern
- BDS or MDS from a recognized dental college (DCI registered).
- Valid Dental Council of India license to practice.
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in general dentistry; experience in cosmetic, pediatric, or implant dentistry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Compassionate approach with a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
