Starting with garment labels, we have grown into a vertically integrated company in India, providing a wide range of high-quality branding and packaging solutions. Our product line includes molded silicone, plastic trims, woven and printed labels, heat transfers, badge embroideries, narrow fabrics, belts, packaging boxes, and paper items.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and modify detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Develop construction layouts for new and existing product designs
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Interpret product specifications, sketches, and feedback into accurate CAD drawings
- Assist in product prototyping and provide design inputs to improve manufacturability
- Maintain an organized library of CAD files and technical documentation
- Ensure all drawings adhere to internal standards and customer specifications
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Mandatory Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (ArtCam, NX, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
- Past experience with Mold Making and Machining metal dies and molds
- Strong skills in technical drawing, design drafting, and construction detailing
- Understanding of design engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- 2+ years of experience in a CAD Designer or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and visualization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
