**Position: Accounts Associate**
**Experience: 3 to 5 years**
**Location: Mumbai**

**Job description**

You will be the first person in the market and really a pioneer. You shall be responsible for:

- Preparing monthly journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts monthly, and conducts necessary account analysis and research.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliation accurately and timely.
- Preparing journal entries to record inter-company charges, depreciation and amortization, and bills / reconciles inter-company accounts monthly and corrects variances.

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree in accounting / finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting
- Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets (MS Excel) required
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Excel preferred
- Accounting under IFRS (International Accounting Standards) and GAAP
- Public accounting experience
- Must be flexible in regards to operating hours.
